The classroom organization and making sure the students are well distributed and paired with students they feel comfortable with will also be an important part of my job as a teacher. Setting clear and safe boundaries between the students and how one should act in a classroom and making sure I give immediate attention when those rules are not being followed will be necessary. Encouraging the students to speak for themselves and encouraging their English during activities and pair or group work will be vital to their growth in the new language.
