Teaching the English language will involve different groups of students for the teacher. Students will vary by age, ethnicity, language level, and individual needs for learning the English language. For young learners the teacher will always need to be sensitive to children and kids' particular needs, vary lessons greatly, and keep it fun to help the shorter attention span they possess. Business English, also more popular in today's world, requires a teacher have some basic knowledge of the students' company and at the same time identify the individual needs of each student. Monolingual classes have the same native language, and is usually taught in a non-english country, and multilingual classes have different native languages and might be more commonly taught in an English speaking country.
