Troubleshooting is very important for ESL students, being an ESL teachers has many dos and don'ts this chapter give a very good detailed explanation about how everything should be done. What helps your students the most and so on. All the warmer activities mentioned in this unit is very useful. I love playing hangman for vocab and pictionary to warm up the classroom for students. I am really interested in teaching large class and dealing with groups of students i think it will be harder but more fulfilling for me to teach more students.
