To finally complete this whole learning thing, I decided to go through all these ten questions and my opinion on them. No doubt that it is an advantage of teaching an existing group because the students already know and are comfortable with each other, this helps to overcome shyness and discomfort. Whatever the group, by that I mean what is the current level of English, in the first lesson the teacher is not advised to use a course book or start a very serious lesson. Building a rapport would be considered first.
