In this unit, I learned that modal verbs are important in expressing the degree of certainty of any thoughts you are to express whether it is spoken or written. Another important part of speech is phrasal verb which compliments any thought you have by adding a descriptive action in a phrase form. Lastly, Passive voice is another interesting topic since it turns the focus on the receiver of the action or any object that is a direct subject of the verb.
