The unit introduces the different roles and teaching methods necessary to be successful in a business English classroom. Discussed are the benefits and challenges of teaching adults vs. kids and 1:1 vs. in groups. Overcoming these challenges requires that teachers be flexible, capable of adapting to different personalities and dynamics within the classroom and its individuals. Lessons can be designed differently, but the most effective ones encourage a practice of all 4 macros skills: listening, reading, speaking, and writing.
