This final unit gives tips how to manage the first lesson with a new class. An introduction is of course important and an establishment of a rapport between the teacher and class (and possibly also between the students as well if they have not previously studied together). Warmers like hangman, pictionary, etc. are also good to get the students interested.
Besides this overview of a first lesson the unit also deals with different potential problems, like very large classes, teaching students who are at different levels and students that are reluctant to participate.
