Unit twenty is about troubleshooting. The best way to avoid problems in the classroom is to identify them early and take a proactive approach. The main sources of problems in the classroom are large groups, reluctant students, use of native language, difference in students' levels, and I'd add discipline in case of teaching children. Starting new classes can be challenging as students arent familiar with each other and the teacher.
