I would consider this unit to be a first insight into the role of a teacher, the qualities that are needed to be a good teacher and how to use them. The unit also gives information about different typs of student, from adults, teens, pre teens and younger learners. It also goes into detail about the differences between teaching adults and young learners and how the approach to teaching differs. The part that I found very interesting and important in this unit was that a teacher has so many roles that influence the students learning experience and motivation.
