In this lesson, I learned that a lot of the language I use on a daily basis has a lot of grammatical aspects to it that I usually don't even think about. I just do it naturally. Having this lesson, this unit, I think has made it a lot easier to imagine how I might go about teaching someone these grammatical concepts. Before this lesson, I had little idea of what a gerund was or what the past participle form of a certain verb was exactly. So, this unit was good in that it made me really think on what exactly it is that I'm doing when I use the English language on a daily basis.
