Business English, the typical process of teaching business English are as follows a) level test b) needs analysis c) group needs negotiation d) plan out syllabus e) testing & evaluation f) post course evaluation. Finally, the Monolingual classification are students of their home country and have the same native language while multilingual are students from various nationalities therefore would have a different native language.
