A great both concise and sufficient overview of approaches to lesson building. The newest for me was the idea of frameworking. I am going to exploit it regularly. I am also going to use Pictionary as an engaging activity more often. The list of web resources is of greatest use, especially those which offer authentic information on companies. The classification of utterances and the importance of cross-cultural differences was brought up just in time for me to refresh it.
