Children are very sensitive to teacher’s behaviour & attitude & need lot of attention , guidance & patience to get along with activities.However,brighter side is that they are always keen, energetic & curious to explore and learn new skills as long as we can make learning fun & entertaining (without using their native language).Creating friendly atmosphere & praising always enhances performance of the students. Whereas,teaching clients would need more dedicated approach,complying to their specific needs, ensuring professionalism & serving their very purpose for learning English. Flexible & effective lessons should be planned keeping in mind their working hours & stressful schedules & try to make best use of time. Use of authentic materials for realistic knowledge,evaluations & getting feedback are the important areas of business English. Individual or one-to-one teaching has its own pros& cons such as single level benefits which makes the course more relevant & precise to suit their aims.However, classroom dynamics are not possible hence the teachers often have to be part of both teaching & learning process. Multilingual students don’t have common language therefore have no option but to communicate in English but can have very different language problems than Monolinguals which often tend to switch to their L1 .It is vitally important to have effective planning & optimistic attitude to cope up with any challenges that comes in way of our teaching. As it is rightly said ‘nothing worth having comes easy’.
