After reading this Unit, we can see, that teacher it’s not only profession received at the university. Good teachers are ordinary people who have certain qualities. It should be a gentle, kind and friendly person, because if you want students to respect you, they should love your personality. Also, good teachers are always organized and prepared for class. If lessons are clearly structured so that students can easily follow it. An organized teacher can quickly find their teaching materials so that there are minimal distractions in class. Another important characteristic of a good teacher is his knowledge and own education. If he himself lacks in the knowledge of a certain subject that he teaches, he is never going to make a name for himself. He also should be a very good speaker. If his communication skills are good, he can convey his lectures with better skill and results. If he is a good speaker, his class strength increases automatically. People love to hear a person who he can speak well enough. Apart from being a good communicator, a good teacher should also have the characteristic of being an even better listener. Because people do not want to hear every time, they need people who can listen to them as well. And when a good teacher develops all this qualities in himself, he starts to become a great teacher.
