I have learned a lot from this course. Undoubtedly I’ve learned a variety of information I wasn’t anticipating. More than anything, this course helped put the idea of teaching EFL/ESL in a more realistic context than I had coming into it. Thinking about practical ways to efficiently, effectively, and confidently run a classroom has been inspiring and exciting. I feel much more prepared now than when I began the course and can’t wait to put the book knowledge into practice. Though teaching is always a case-by-case basis, I feel better equip now to think on my feet, problem solve, and prepare for teaching a class.
