As an english teacher, this course has helped me a lot, even during the process of completing the tasks. I have tried topics applicable to my classes and they did work out right. I really love applying the three stages in class, the engage, study and activate stage. Now, I feel more organized whenever I go to my classes. I am more confident to teach students and face challenges that may come. This course made me more aware of my students’ need and let me know how to give them more time to speak and reminded me how to do the study phase brief and simple that my students won’t get bored and made sure that they will be able to carry them out until the activate stage. This is also because of the lesson planning that really guided me and I will continue to practice to become more effective english teacher.
