We (Arun and Joleen) work in a BPO as communication trainers, our areas of work revolve around soft skills and hard skills, and we decided to do this course to groom ourselves in what we do.
We help analysts on calls do well with regards to the customer satisfaction, sales and technical troubleshooting skills. The kinds of trainees we have are mostly slightly above average and sometimes below average. The challenges we come across are when they transliterate from their regional language to english which leads to a wrong sentence structure.
What we learnt from the course is clearly telling our trainee’s where they are going wrong in terms of grammar and also helping them get over their mistakes.
We have planned to gain the experience that we have learned on are trainees and are looking forward to working on all the activities we have come across in the course.
